Our wellness area with sauna and spa shower
The location can be operated as Finish sauna of about 100°C or as biosauna.
In the bio (also low-temperature sauna, samarium or danarium) the temperatures are lower than in the classical (Finnish) sauna, usually about 45 ° - 60 ° C at a humidity of about 40% - 55%. It nurses the cycle and is often combined with the addition of essential oils and special lighting (light therapy). The length of stay is higher than in the normal sauna, about 15 to 30 minutes, otherwise the sequence of events in the sauna is the same.
